Ali was calm and kind and gave us so many practical ideas as well as reassurance. From where to place the crate so puppy would have a sanctuary and how long she could be left at night for (so we could still get some sleep!), to how to introduce puppy to our grumpy middle aged cat! It really was an invaluable session and gave us confidence.

We went on to do puppy training with Ali which was great fun and helped build our bond with Mabel as well as confidence.
